The International Journal of Management (IJM) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic quality, research integrity, and publishing excellence. Our comprehensive quality control system ensures that every manuscript undergoes a rigorous editorial and production process before publication.
Each submitted manuscript is initially assessed by the Editorial Office to determine its suitability for the journal's aims and scope, compliance with the Author Guidelines, and adherence to ethical and formatting requirements. Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial screening undergo plagiarism detection using Turnitin or equivalent similarity detection software.
Eligible manuscripts are then subjected to a single-blind peer review conducted by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate the originality, significance, methodology, accuracy, clarity, ethical compliance, and overall scientific contribution of the manuscript. Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit and reviewers' recommendations.
Following acceptance, manuscripts undergo a comprehensive production process that includes professional copyediting, language editing, formatting, reference verification, DOI assignment, proofreading, and final author approval before publication. This process ensures consistency, accuracy, readability, and compliance with the journal's publication standards.
The Editorial Board continuously monitors the quality of published content and follows the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) to maintain editorial integrity and transparency. Where necessary, corrections, corrigenda, expressions of concern, or retractions are issued to preserve the accuracy and reliability of the scholarly record.
Through our rigorous peer review, editorial evaluation, and quality assurance procedures, the International Journal of Management (IJM) is dedicated to publishing reliable, ethical, and high-quality research that contributes to the advancement of management scholarship and meets the standards expected by international indexing and abstracting services.
